Yoga nidra / Guided meditation
Meditation can be considered a frustrating challenge, however, guided meditation or Yoga nidra (yogi-sleep) allows you to focus on the sound of your guide who will direct you through to a deep relaxation in a conscious state. Allow your guide to take you through a series of visualisations that will allow you relax deeply and in this state you will find yourself more open to suggestions of positive change. This could be suggestions of empowerment, compassion or focusing on your true goals for example. Mediation with a guide is often effortless.
